Well, you see, it's because they AREN'T forcible violations! Incest perps in particular tend to groom kids hardcore and constantly talk about how the kid seduced THEM, and a lot of people swallow that bullshit wholesale. Especially since (you might remember this from the incest marriage site) a lot of young victims will become strongly bonded to the perps later--we seem to be a little unusual in that we developed no bond with our grandfather whatsoever, because we completely ignored each other when he wasn't raping us.

But those people who swallow it are still more than willing to stomp victims for "abdicating responsibility" so I still get sore over it.
