It refers to the jurisdiction of the Pope. If I'd had access to search I'd probably have gone with Hong Kong, Hungary or even Hell, but it was what came to mind at the time lol.

Haha, thanks! That notation reminds me of the time radio hosts got in trouble for an April Fool's "joke" telling listeners that dihydrogen monoxide was coming out of their taps...

AHAHHA I did that as a joke one April Fool's too, back when I worked in a school -- I put up a flyer from a made up Environmental Office about the dangers of dihydrogen monoxide. The humanities teachers (minus history) and staff freaked out; the science and history teachers grinned at me.

Eventually they made me take it down but I'm still proud of myself. laughs
