I know a lot of people really disliked the final Ozai defeat, but I actually didn't mind it. <.< I thought it suited Aang's arc and character to overcome a seemingly insurmountable moral quandary through spiritual transcendence! And I mean, if you're going to have a Deus ex machina, a lama character is a good choice for it!
