Wow.

The latest update in The Fountainhead Filibuster, an alternate history about Ayn Rand and her Objectivist disciples taking over the Katanga region in Congo in the 1960s, is seriously scary. I can imagine Objectivism getting militant like that, and it probably explains why the system of thought espoused by Atlas Shrugged was so disturbing to me. Mostly, though, I must admit it's just cathartic to beat up on Rand and her ideas. Thanks lavanyasix for recommending this TL to me!
